The Role

• As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the hotel’s operations, championing excellence across all departments and delivering consistent, memorable guest experiences.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and private events
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team
• Drive standards across departments, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Take full responsibility for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to drive revenue and occupancy

About You

• You will have:
• Experience managing a luxury hotel or similar high-end venue
• Strong commercial acumen with proven budgeting and forecasting skills
