Job Purpose

As a Graduate Trainee Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced professionals to coordinate and deliver bespoke furniture projects for major hospitality clients. This hands-on role offers exceptional training, exposure to high-profile projects, and a clear pathway for career development within a respected, stable business.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects for prestigious hotel brands. Below are the key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of bespoke furniture projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams including sales, design, production, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and progress reports for both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and contribute to proactive problem-solving
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in site visits and client meetings to gain hands-on experience and understand client requirements
  • Contribute ideas to improve project delivery processes and enhance customer experience
  • Support senior project managers with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed

About you

  • Recent graduate or early into your career since graduating.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about building a career in project management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
