What you will do:
- Supervise and lead the MASH team to ensure the highest standards of child protection and family support are met.
- Oversee the screening and referral processes, using a range of assessment tools to evaluate needs and risks.
- Liaise with other agencies and professionals to develop and implement support plans tailored to the specific needs of each family.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, contributing to decision-making processes and strategic planning.
Candidates must have Team Manager experience and MASH experience to be considered. The role requires office attendance at least twice a week in Bromley to ensure close collaboration with the team and handle situations that require immediate response.
