What you will do:

- Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient treatment plans.
- Conduct medication reviews and manage patient medication regimes.
- Participate in the training and development of junior pharmacy staff.
- Ensure compliance with latest healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities/general duties:

- Paid via Direct Engagement.
- HCPC registered and maintaining GPhC accreditation is essential.
- As this role requires some travel a valid driver's licence is necessary to effectively fulfil the position.
