General Manager – “Indoor entertainment venue”

Salary:                 £40,000 +

Location:            Watford

Role

• Drive the recruitment, training and development of staff
• Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times with customers and staff
• Always Providing exceptional customer service to customers
• Manage the development and implementation of marketing plans,
• Drive planned and speculative outreach activities
• Development of the corporate business portfolio
• Responsible for the overall operational running of the site
• Drive secondaries spend on F+B and retail
• Fully financial accountability

About You

• At least 3 years' management experience ideally within the Leisure Industry
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Enthusiastic and proactive
• Team player with leadership qualities
• The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team and drive results is also essential.
• A goal-focused approach with great communication and customer service skills.
• IT skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Interpersonal skills
