Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid Working – 2 Days Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,500 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

The Role – Ocean Freight Coordinator
You will support the ocean freight operations team by managing commercial coordination and daily pricing activity.
Duties include:

• Responding to client and internal freight quotation requests in line with KPIs
• Liaising with shipping lines, hauliers, and carriers to obtain competitive rates
• Maintaining and distributing updated freight rate tariffs and tools
• Supporting the sales team with accurate freight service information
• Contributing to carrier relationship management and service development

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in ocean freight, seafreight operations, or freight forwarding
• Understanding of incoterms, profit & loss, and logistics procedures
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder communication skills
• Numerate, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
