Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced, person-centred care within the Haematology Oncology specialty, ensuring high clinical standards are met consistently.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to formulate, implement, and monitor complex patient care plans.

• Provide expert education and emotional support to patients and their families throughout treatment and recovery.

• Stay up to date with evolving clinical practices, innovations, and therapies within the field of oncology.

• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate patient progress, and adapt care strategies in response to clinical developments.

What You Bring:

• NMC-registered Nurse with substantial experience in oncology or haematology nursing.

• Proven ability to work autonomously at a Band 7 level within complex care settings.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on holistic, patient-led care.

• Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary input and managing patient pathways.
