Venue Operations Manager in Amsterdam

Job Title: Operations & Events Manager – Private Cultural Club
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €7,000 - €9,000 gross per month + bonus

A premium hospitality and events organization is looking for a proactive Operational Manager to lead the coordination and execution of high-end private and corporate events across exclusive venues in Amsterdam.

The role involves managing the full operational process—from client onboarding to flawless event delivery—while leading a small, multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with a passion for delivering unique guest experiences in a luxury setting. As an operations manager, you will work with a progressive, experience-driven cultural organization that blends art, hospitality, and intellectual exploration. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of private and corporate events.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Develop bespoke concepts aligned with the brand’s artistic and culinary standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and team performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and drive brand visibility.
• Ensure venue standards, service excellence, and post-event follow-up.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years in event, hospitality, or operational management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or similar preferred.
• Strong communicator in English. Dutch is a plus
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
• Experience with luxury venues or clientele is a plus.
