What you will do:

- Lead and manage a team of dedicated social workers and support staff within the Leaving Care Team.
- Oversee complex casework with the assistance of the team’s two Advanced Practitioners.
- Develop and implement strategies to support young people transitioning from care, ensuring all statutory responsibilities are met.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and coordinate duty weeks at our town hall campus to encourage team cohesion and face-to-face interactions.
- Consult and collaborate with systemic practitioners to ensure the highest quality of care and innovative solutions for our care leavers.

Requirements:

- Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Minimum of two years' experience as a social worker, with specific experience in children and families, including assessments and statutory duties.
