Role and responsibilities:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students reach their potential. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils with varying ability levels in-class and in intervention settings
- Assisting teachers in planning and preparing lessons and learning materials
- Encouraging student participation and promoting positive behaviour
- Working with pupils with SEND or EAL needs to provide tailored support
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress to teaching staff

Ideal candidate:
We are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:

- Has experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
