Social Worker - Adults Safeguarding Team in Doncaster UK earning £32 hourly. This exciting opportunity is ongoing and offers both full-time and part-time positions. What you will do:
- Undertake s42 enquiries and complete related documentation to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults.
- Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and produce reports in line with legal requirements.
- Conduct numerous home visits, engaging directly with adults in their homes and within care provisions.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement safeguarding plans.
- Provide support and advocacy for adults, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
