What you will do:
- Complete Form K assessments, a critical component in ensuring the preparedness and suitability of connected carers.
- Support and supervise temporary and approved connected carers, offering guidance and assistance to foster a nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with the Children in Care Teams and Families First Teams to provide comprehensive support for children unable to live with their birth parents.
- Work within a hybrid model that requires office presence at least twice weekly for team duties and meetings, allowing for both remote flexibility and vital face-to-face interaction.
- Foster strong relationships with carers and families, helping to build a system of support for the betterment of children’s lives.
