What you will do:
- Oversee the strategic and operational management of the Dependency and Recovery Service within designated London boroughs.
- Ensure compliance with HMPPS contracts and performance targets, driving high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders and volunteers, fostering a people-focused approach and vision for success.
- Develop and implement innovative service improvements and motivational interventions to enhance engagement with treatment services.
- Proactively contribute to wider CRS and Forward Trust projects and objectives, sharing best practices and learning opportunities.
- Line manage Team Leaders and support the effective running and development of services in North London.
- Ensure seamless delivery of interventions within a hybrid model across probation offices.
Requirements:
- Extensive understanding and experience in providing substance misuse services within prison or community settings.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC), National Probation Service (NPS), and wider Criminal Justice services.
- Experience in developing and implementing service improvements and psychosocial interventions.
- A relevant qualification in business, leadership, or management is desirable.
