Paediatric Staff Nurse locum opportunity for three months in Guernsey, UK, with an attractive rate of £35 per hour. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic nurse to join our team full time. What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality care to children and young people during your allocated shifts
• Work across both the general paediatric ward and the neonatal unit, honing your skills in varied settings
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive child care
• Assist, teach, and support parents and guardians in caring for their children
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
• Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
• Participate in educational development and mentorship opportunities
• Provide leadership, fostering a collaborative environment for the team
