What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and analyses for children and families in need of immediate support and safeguarding.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure that the best outcomes are achieved for the children and families you serve.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to less experienced team members and colleagues across the service.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely records of all interactions to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate and manage caseloads effectively to meet service demands and statutory requirements.
