What you will do:

- Manage caseloads of 15-20 children and families within the Safeguarding and Care Planning Service.
- Undertake assessments and develop Child in Need or Child Protection Plans.
- Work jointly with the Court Team when necessary, including care proceedings cases.
- Attend weekly Legal Gateway meetings to discuss cases and make informed safeguarding decisions.
- Liaise with families and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Utilise the Bromley Relationship Model to build empowering relationships with families.
- Keep detailed records and prepare reports for case discussions and court presentations.
