What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to patient needs in a community setting.

• Perform female and male catheterisation and manage related care.

• Use syringe drivers, central lines, and bladder scanners confidently and effectively.

• Administer DRE-PR medication and support pressure ulcer prevention initiatives.

• Manage simple and complex wound care procedures.

• Support diabetes care through CBG monitoring, insulin administration, and patient education.

• Provide medication administration (including injections, PRN, and PEG) and deliver end-of-life care with compassion.

• Use SystmOne for care planning, referrals, task scheduling, and discharge management.
