Engage in performance management, mentor new social workers, and manage a focused yet complex caseload to further your professional journey and expand your social work knowledge.

What you will do:

• Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with families
• Manage and co-ordinate interventions from the initial point of contact to final disengagement
• Support Team Leaders with performance management and development of student and ASYE social workers
• Focus on reducing transition points for families to ensure continuous support
• Maintain a reduced, more complex caseload for personal and professional development
• Participate in the court processes, including private and public proceedings, and pre-proceedings procedures
