The Ideal Chef:
• Passion for Japanese cuisine & knife skills mastery
• 1+ year in high-end sushi/Japanese kitchens, Open fire / robata cooking
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Willing to relocate (London + Europe rotations)
