What you will do:

- Provide a high-quality and effective social work service, focusing on people with care and support needs, their informal carers, and families
- Complete assessments and support plans within statutory guidelines and the wellbeing principles of the Care Act 2014, with a strengths-based approach
- Manage a caseload effectively, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing demands
- Develop and apply a working knowledge of safeguarding policies, procedures, and legislation
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to optimise service delivery
- Engage in supervision sessions and carry out agreed actions to maintain high professional standards
- Contribute to initiatives that prevent risk and enhance the safety and wellbeing of individuals
