What You Will Do:

  • Build and sustain trusting relationships with young people to support their recovery and personal development.

  • Design and implement individual recovery plans in partnership with internal and external agencies.

  • Facilitate 1:1 and group sessions focusing on life skills, mental wellbeing, and resilience-building.

  • Work closely with families and multi-agency stakeholders to ensure a holistic support network.

  • Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to professional reports and evaluations.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a young people’s recovery or support setting.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
