What you will do:

  • Provide risk review and deliver brief interventions for clients on the waiting list in Croydon CAMHS.
  • Offer culturally appropriate psychological support to carers and families of referred clients as needed.
  • Assess risk and identify the level of need in line with established CAMHS thresholds.
  • Facilitate group interventions and guide clients towards self-help resources and external services.
  • Support the development and delivery of webinars for young people and their parents.
  • Collaborate in the expansion of the KIT service, contributing to its strategic direction and growth.
  • Conduct service evaluation, audit, and research to ensure the efficacy of the KIT initiative.
  • Supervise and support junior staff, enhancing their professional development within your area of expertise.
