What you will do:

- Manage a diverse caseload of child protection, pre-proceedings, and court proceedings.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to support children and families.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies, professionals, and families to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case activities and decisions.
- Attend court proceedings and contribute to legal processes as required.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker, specifically in child protection, PLO, and proceedings.
