What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify physical, psychological, and social needs.

Create and implement individualised treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence.

Provide early intervention strategies for individuals with psychosis, anxiety, or rehabilitation needs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated care delivery.

Offer advice, education, and support to service users and their families.

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in line with NHS and professional standards.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits.

Support junior staff and students through supervision and mentorship as needed.
Candidate Requirements:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
-
Minimum of two years' experience, ideally within an early intervention setting

A valid driving licence is desirable to support multi-site and community work
