• Conduct high-quality child and family assessments within statutory timeframes.

• Complete detailed s.47 assessments and ICPC reports with efficiency.

• Chair initial child-in-need meetings and lead key discussions.

• Present robust casework at initial child protection conferences.

• Collaborate seamlessly within the Duty Team, ensuring consistent and impactful service delivery.
