What you will do:
- Work clinically with service users facing a range of mental health challenges, providing compassionate and skilled care in the community and at base.
- Function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, sharing your expertise and learning from others to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Execute the assessment, planning, implementation, and review of care needs and pathways for individuals with complex mental health issues.
- Perform risk assessment and management, using informed judgment to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
- Manage a varied caseload of service users with distinct mental health needs, tailoring your approach to the specific needs of each individual.
- Navigate issues relating to the impact of health and social factors on mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with service users to achieve positive outcomes across different settings.
To excel in this role, you will need a valid driving licence as duties involve travel within the community.
Working hours:
Core hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, we offer flexibility around start and finish times to suit your needs, with options such as 8 am-6 pm for four days a week, 8 am-4 pm, 9 am-6 pm, and more. Part-time roles are also considered.
