Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teaching in your subject area or across the curriculum

Work one-to-one or with small student groups to build confidence and understanding

Assist with lesson planning, resource creation, and classroom organisation

Help maintain an inclusive, engaging learning environment

Gain valuable insight into day-to-day school life and professional teaching practices
Who We’re Looking For:

Graduates (or final-year students) completing their degrees in 2025 with a 2:1 or above

Preferably from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

Passionate about education and committed to making a positive difference

Strong interest in one or more of the listed subject areas

Proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic

Experience working with young people is a plus but not essential
