- You hold a 1st or 2:1 degree from a top-30 University in any STEM subject (e.g., Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science)

- Confident communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, accessible way
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- A strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills
- Prior experience working with young people or in a classroom setting (Desirable)
