What you will do:

  • Conduct timely duty assessments for children and families, ensuring urgent needs are met and next steps are initiated.

  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure cohesive support plans for safeguarding children.

  • Provide advice, guidance, and emotional support to children, families, and carers.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records and reports, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

  • Take an active part in team meetings and case strategy discussions, contributing to effective and informed decisions.
