Social Worker - Front Door Team in Darlington UK earning £31.80 hourly for 3 months

• Engage with services to make informed decisions on whether early support or social care intervention is needed.
• Contribute to Darlington's Children's Front Door Service by incorporating innovative practices that have been proven effective.
