Social Worker - Front Door Team in Darlington UK earning £31.80 hourly for 3 months
Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Social Worker within Darlington's Front Door Team where you will ensure that children and families receive the right services without delay. What you will do:
- Work within the multi-agency front door to assess incoming contacts from both professionals and the public.

- Collaborate with police, health, education, and early help partners to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.
- Engage with services to make informed decisions on whether early support or social care intervention is needed.
- Contribute to Darlington's Children's Front Door Service by incorporating innovative practices that have been proven effective.
