What You Will Do:

• Manage a caseload of around 16 young people, providing the guidance and support they need.

• Complete statutory responsibilities, including legal work and adoption processes.

• Collaborate with safeguarding and leaving care partners to ensure effective transitions and permanency planning.

• Travel to various locations, including out of county, to support young people where required.
