What you will do:
- Conduct reg 26 assessments, viability assessments, connected persons assessments, and form F assessments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Participate in the fostering duty rota, ensuring that the needs of the fostering community are consistently met.
- Present information effectively to the fostering panel, showcasing your assessment findings and contributing to decision-making processes.
- Support and guide prospective foster carers through the assessment process, providing empathy and clarity at every stage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve and implement best practices within the fostering team.
