What you will do:
- Conduct Social Work assessments under the frameworks of Duty and Assessment, ensuring adherence to SWA S47 S7 and S37 procedures.
- Perform initial assessments for Children in Need CIN and lead Child Protection core groups effectively.
- Every other week, engage in office-based duties as you balance your time between essential office visits and productive homeworking.
- Manage follow-up visits diligently, ensuring that the care and safety of children and families are prioritised.
- Utilise your frontline experience to provide comprehensive support and guidance to families in need.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- You must hold a degree or equivalent in social work to be considered for this role.
- Current registration with Social Work England is essential.
- Demonstrable experience as a qualified Social Worker within the UK Social Services sector is a must.
