What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality statutory services to children and families in need of assessment, intervention, and support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs, risks, and required services under relevant legislation and frameworks.

• Develop and implement care plans that safeguard and promote children’s welfare.

• Engage with families, schools, and partner agencies to ensure holistic, multi-agency approaches.

• Maintain accurate case recordings, complete written reports, and ensure timely responses to safeguarding concerns.

• Contribute to service improvements and team discussions to promote best practice.

About You:

• Social Work England (SWE) registered

• Strong experience in frontline children’s social work, ideally within a duty and assessment or safeguarding context

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced caseload

• A collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement
