What You Will Do:

Deliver high-quality statutory services to children and families in need of assessment, intervention, and support.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs, risks, and required services under relevant legislation and frameworks.

Develop and implement care plans that safeguard and promote children’s welfare.

Engage with families, schools, and partner agencies to ensure holistic, multi-agency approaches.

Maintain accurate case recordings, complete written reports, and ensure timely responses to safeguarding concerns.

Contribute to service improvements and team discussions to promote best practice.
About You:

Social Work England (SWE) registered
-
Strong experience in frontline children’s social work, ideally within a duty and assessment or safeguarding context

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage a varied and fast-paced caseload

A collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement
