What You Will Do:

• Manage and support complex child protection cases to ensure best practice and adherence to statutory requirements.

• Mentor and supervise ASYE Social Workers, contributing to their growth and confidence in frontline practice.

• Lead performance improvement initiatives, working closely with Team Managers to enhance service delivery.

• Conduct strengths-based assessments and interventions within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Work directly with children and families to deliver impactful change through clear, structured plans.
