What you will do:
- Utilise your post-qualified experience within older people's services to deliver high-standard care
- Apply core Occupational Therapy skills and the OT process to support patients
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive patient care
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of clinical and environmental risk
- Promote equality and diversity in every aspect of your role
- Recognise and respect the need to work within appropriate professional boundaries
- Implement principles of clinical governance for continuous improvement
- Facilitate group work and apply theory into practice
To be the successful candidate, you must be HCPC registered and hold a valid driving licence as part of your role may require travel within Hounslow and the surrounding areas.
