What you will do:

- Respond promptly to emergencies, such as overdoses, seizures, and code blue incidents, providing critical intervention when needed.
- Supervise and support junior staff while taking on professional and clinical leadership roles, contributing to a well-organised healthcare team.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, mental health professionals, prison staff, and external services, fostering a cohesive approach to healthcare.
- Undertake audits, research, and service evaluations, participating in change management to continuously improve healthcare delivery.
