What you will do:
- Coordinate and manage a caseload of clients with diverse and complex needs
- Support junior Occupational Therapists with challenging cases under the guidance of the Team Manager
- Serve as the primary contact for users, their carers, and families, while collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Accurately input and manage case information for effective monitoring and planning
- Deliver efficient and cost-effective health and social care services in line with established criteria and using available resources
The ideal candidate will be HCPC registered and possess a valid driving license, ensuring you can meet the demands of the role.
