We’re looking for a Head Chef to join an outstanding restaurant group in South-East London that’s renowned for its Thai cuisine. As Head Chef, you’ll take charge of a busy site, leading, developing, and inspiring your kitchen team to consistently deliver authentic Thai flavours and an exceptional dining experience. Experience in Asian cuisine is a big advantage! You’ll be confident handling all kitchen administration and have a solid grasp of how to run an efficient, well-organised kitchen. You’ll be supported by a small, passionate team that loves what they do and works hard to maintain a calm, positive working environment.
Head Chef Benefits:
