Administrator / Document Controller
Location: Huddersfield
Rate: £15 - £20 per hour (Inside IR35)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Administrator / Document Controller to join our team in Huddersfield. This role supports day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate document control and smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update project documents using ProjectWise and SharePoint
- Maintain databases, track updates, and liaise with work planners
- Prepare meeting documents, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Answer phones, manage messages, and cover reception as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts
- Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various admin tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar admin/document control role
- Proficient in ProjectWise and SharePoint (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Able to work on-site five days a week
