Assistant Estimator
Location : Hoddesdon
Salary - £35000 pa
My client is looking for an Assistant Estimator for their building division in a permanent capacity.

Key Accountabilities:
- To compile and submit tenders under supervision.
- Interpret and understand technical requirements of tender documentation
- Seek ways of offering innovative yet effective solutions
- Where appropriate attend de-briefs with clients
- To work in line with Quality Procedures
- To work as part of a team

Required Qualifications
- Technical -To have good mathematical knowledge and To be up to date with IT packages including Workspace & Conquest
- Commercial -To be up to date with what is happening in the market place
- Contractual -To keep up to date with current legislation and Understand the conditions of contract
- Administrative - Be able to set up and maintain good systems and procedures.
- General -To possess effective Time Management skills, with a demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines, under supervision
- GCSE Mathematics Grade C or above
- HNC Construction
- Good Communication Skills
