We’re recruiting a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a beautiful countryside gastro pub in Oxfordshire! The Head Chef will have creative freedom to develop a menu that champions seasonal modern British dishes, hearty classics, and all freshly made food – all served in a warm, welcoming village pub setting with a strong local following.
This well-loved gastro pub is part of a small, supportive collection of venues, so The Head Chef will have the backing they need to bring their ideas to life. It’s the perfect opportunity for a Head Chef to build and develop your own team, put your stamp on the menu, and create something special from day one!

Head Chef requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Gastro Pub or Restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, nutritious food.
- Good understanding of food safety and health regulations and team management.
- Commitment within previous roles.
