What you will do:
- Lead the recruitment and assessment of foster carers in Medway, ensuring the process is thorough, fair, and supportive.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare reports for panel submissions, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
- Work collaboratively with children, foster families, and other professionals to support the fostering journey.
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers, addressing any challenges and celebrating successes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.

Requirements:
- Must be registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience as a Social Worker in the UK, particularly within fostering or children’s services.
