If so, Southwark Council is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to become an integral part of our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services. This key role requires your proficiency in data visualisation and intelligence creation using Power BI and the CAPITA (MRI) case management system to guide strategic planning, commissioning, and service improvements across our Education Division.

What you will do:
- Lead innovative performance analysis and enhancement projects across SEND services.
- Provide high-quality data insights to support strategic decision-making and meet statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage and refine performance systems and KPIs, driving alignment with SEND priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to enhance data sharing and utilization.
- Craft and deliver analytical reports tailored for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

What we're looking for:
- Deep understanding of Children’s Services with a specific focus on SEND and relevant legislation.
- Proven history in performance management, data analysis, and quality assurance, especially involving the statutory SEN2 data return.
- Advanced expertise with tools such as Power BI, SQL, CAPITA (MRI), and MS Office.
- Stellar communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, firmly committed to equity and inclusion.
