What you will do:
- Manage a SEND caseload, focusing on the crucial aspects of annual reviews and EHC needs assessments
- Hold cases within an area team, ensuring efficient completion of draft amendments and finalising documents following meetings
- Reduce backlog by overseeing phase transfer work and associated tasks on annual review paperwork
- Maintain regular contact with families and educational settings to ensure smooth communication and procedures
- Coordinate and send requests for placement and funding panels, adhering to the provisions in each plan
- Attend team meetings in person at the office once a week, if possible, and collect necessary equipment for hybrid working
