The Role:
We are working with a fantastic new venue set to open soon in the heart of London, and the team is looking to grow with the addition of a Sales Executive. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality who’s passionate about sales and eager to grow within a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Although the venue is not open yet, it’s already generating strong interest in the market. The team is now looking for someone to join early and play a key role in supporting the Business Development Manager to drive pre-booked sales and build meaningful client relationships ahead of launch.
Key Qualities:
- Strong and vibrant personality – hungry to succeed and passionate about sales
- Proven hospitality experience is a must
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- A team player who collaborates well across departments and supports leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the BDM in identifying and pursuing new business and partnership opportunities
- Help maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Maximise conversions from incoming enquiries to drive pre-booked sales
- Assist in coordinating and delivering events from planning through to execution
- Support with proactive outreach, sales proposals, show rounds, and follow-ups
