What you will do:
- Provide dedicated support to children and families within the Kinship and Post Order spectrum ensuring their needs are met with care and competence
- Conduct assessments and interventions as needed making recommendations and implementing support plans to promote the well-being of children in kinship care
- Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive support for those in our care
- Maintain accurate records and reports efficiently managing your caseload with professionalism and compassion
- Stay informed of local and national developments in social care ensuring that your practice aligns with the highest standards of the profession

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
- Current Social Work England registration to ensure you meet professional standards
- Significant frontline experience in social services working as a qualified social worker demonstrating your readiness for this rewarding challenge
