What you will do:

- Support the Deputy Headteacher and work closely with Senior Leaders to manage day-to-day operations, striving to help all pupils reach their potential.
- Lead the school's behaviour management, attendance, inclusion, and safeguarding processes.
- Serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, managing FAST provision and holding responsibility for family liaison and partnerships.
- Oversee complex caseloads, ensuring professional responsibility for high-need families and pupils.
- Coordinate multi-agency assessments and care planning for pupils with various plans, including Looked After status.
- Drive the development and implementation of behaviour and attendance strategies to ensure a positive school culture.
- Champion inclusion practices and collaborate with teams to strategise on support for neurodiverse pupils.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safeguarding and behaviour management practices per the TCES Quality Assurance Framework.
- Foster effective partnerships with parents, carers, local authorities, and external agencies.
