Service Manager within Neuro Rehabilitation to Adults with Acquired Brain Injury in Horsham UK, earning up to £49,440 per annum with an additional £1 per hour location allowance annually

What you will do:
- Oversee and ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care in the service
- Lead, motivate, and develop your multidisciplinary team to perform at their best
- Manage organic and planned changes within the service
- Market the service to potential commissioners and referrers
- Ensure services and operations are compliant with regulatory and quality standards
- Promote a positive culture that prioritizes person-centred independence-building services
- Manage budgets and financial systems effectively
- Support residents in meeting their rehabilitation goals and safely accessing the community

Requirements:
- Registered Manager with a QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a high-quality, multi-site residential service
- Strong commitment to person-centred service and independence-building
- Expertise in managing budgets and financial oversight
- Experienced leader with a record of developing teams and managing performance
