What You’ll Need:

• A valid SIA license – this is a must and full clean UK driving license
• Previous experience leading both cleaning and security operations
• Strong people skills – a natural motivator and communicator
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay cool under pressure

• Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional site safety and cleanliness
• Organise rotas, manage performance, and support staff development
